This past year raised many uncertainties regarding increases to the salary threshold for exempt employees. However, with a change in administration, there may be several new changes in the wage and hour world. In this session presented by Robert Hingula and Matthew Linnabary, we will evaluate the current status of the DOL’s attempt to increase the exempt salary threshold, trends in wage and hour lawsuits over this past year, and potential agendas for the DOL in the new administration.

This webinar is FREE for SHRM-KC members, $50 for non-members/guests.

These webinars are held bi-monthly six times per year and cover hot and emerging topics in the area of labor and employment law. These webinars are presented and sponsored by Polsinelli, PC.
