Students and Emerging Professionals! Join SHRM-KC and UMKC as we warmly invite you to an evening dedicated to students and emerging professionals eager to explore the field of Human Resources. 

This special event is an opportunity for students and emerging professionals to engage a panel of HR professionals to learn more about the field of Human Resources and career paths within it.

Our expert panel will represent key areas of HR – including benefits, compliance, technology, DEI, and employee relations – giving participants a well-rounded look at the field. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions, gain career advice, and learn what it takes to succeed in HR.

After the panel, network one-on-one with industry professionals, get your resume reviewed, and explore scholarships. Be sure to say for the end, where we will raffle off a free student membership to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Greater Kansas City.
