Coffee Chat - DEI Topic - Neurodiversity in the Workplace (Members Only)

Please join us for our SHRM-KC coffee chat series. This month’s topic is on Neurodiversity in the Workplace. We will be joined by guest expert Teddi Hernandez COO of Lakemary Center, who will share insights regarding what neurodiversity is, best practices for inclusion in the workplace, and how employers can work with employees to ensure they are set up for success. Following a short overview we will then break into discussion to share experiences and best practices.
